Our lawyers combine experience in derivatives, structured products, digital assets and financial regulation with an understanding of how financial businesses, markets and technologies operate in practice.

We structure and negotiate interest-rate, credit, currency, commodity and equity derivatives, as well as related trading, hedging, collateral and risk-management arrangements. We also advise clients developing and investing in digital assets, stablecoins, tokenized products and other technology-enabled financial products.

Stone Hilton has particular experience advising prediction markets, exchanges, intermediaries, investors and technology providers on the evolving legal framework governing event contracts. We counsel clients on product design, market structure, CFTC regulation, exchange and intermediary registration, compliance, investigations and enforcement, and the intersection of federal commodities law with state gaming regulation.
