# Alexander M. Dvorscak

Role: Partner

Alex Dvorscak is a dedicated trial attorney. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation running the gamut from commercial disputes to politically charged cases. A passionate advocate, he brings his intellectual curiosity and tenacity to bear for his clients.

## Equipped for Growth, Ready for Challenges

Equally at home in the courtroom as he is writing a brief, Alex has participated and won numerous jury trials, temporary injunctions, and other evidentiary hearings in courts ranging from the Texas Business Courts, Harris County, Travis County, Central District of California, and the Southern District of Texas. He has accordingly represented a broad range of clients in business torts, antitrust, defamation, and complex oil and gas litigation.

Outside the Courtroom, Alex serves as President of the Houston Chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy. He is a parishioner at St. Anne’s Catholic Community and a proud father of his four children.

Alex received dual bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Economics, with a minor in History, from the University of Buffalo. He earned his J.D. at Columbia Law School, graduating with Stone Scholar honors each year. After law school, Alex began his career at a top international law firm in New York before clerking for the Honorable Charles Eskridge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

## Outside the Office

When he's not working, Alex loves spending time with his wife and kids and making pancake breakfasts. Alex is also an avid shooting sportsman. Just as passionate for the law outside of work, Alex helps to mentor and connect new lawyers as the President of the Houston Young Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society where he has helped lead book discussion groups and hosted networking events.
