# Linda K. Leibfarth

Role: Partner

Linda brings nearly two decades of litigation experience to every matter—from clerking for a federal appellate judge, to litigating mass-tort cases, to running her own plaintiff-side litigation docket. At Stone Hilton, she applies that same range and trial-tested judgment to complex commercial disputes.

## Experienced Litigation Powerhouse

Linda is a seasoned and insightful litigator at Stone Hilton. She joined the firm in 2026 after nearly two decades of litigation experience across some of the country's most complex cases.

Linda began her career clerking for the Honorable Harris Hartz on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She then spent several years litigating complex commercial and mass-tort matters on behalf of plaintiffs, including bellwether work in nationwide pharmaceutical and agricultural litigation that resolved through some of the largest settlements in their respective fields. From there, she ran her own plaintiff-side litigation docket, serving as lead attorney on one of the largest personal injury settlements in Texas in 2023.

That breadth and depth of aggressive plaintiff-side litigation experience, from mass-tort bellwether work to running her own trial docket, allows Linda to navigate even the most complex and high pressure situations with a steady hand. Linda's thoughtful and decisive counsel keeps her client's matters moving.

## Representative Matters

### In re: Pradaxa (Dabigatran Etexilate) Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2385 (S.D. Ill.):

Worked up four bellwether cases in preparation for trial; the litigation resolved via a $650 million nationwide settlement for approximately 4,000 claimants before those cases were tried.

### In re Syngenta Litigation, No. 27-CV-15-3785 (Hennepin County, Minnesota):

Member of the trial team representing farmers in bellwether trial proceedings against Syngenta over genetically modified corn seed in September 2017; trial recessed mid-trial ahead of a $1.5 billion nationwide settlement.

### Confidential Settlement (Travis County, Texas):

Lead attorney in one of the largest personal injury settlements in Texas in 2023.
