Cody Watson is a trial lawyer with a relentless competitive edge. When the stakes are high, Cody works tirelessly to win, from being the first in his family to go to college, to graduating from Harvard Law School, and to now, becoming an aggressive litigator with experience well beyond his years. He has tried cases to juries, taken depositions, and argued and won multiple hearings. Cody is ready for any challenge and to notch more wins for his clients.

Cody has handled all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, writing dispositive motions, arguing hearings, and trying cases to juries. He joined Stone Hilton from an elite commercial trial boutique based in Houston, Texas. Recently, Cody briefed, argued, and won a summary judgment motion worth more than $80 million dollars for his client.

Cody studied at Harvard Law School, where he served on both the Journal on Legislation and the Negotiation Law Review. He was also President of the Law and Behavioral Science Organization and was a member of 1st Class—First Generation and Low-Income Students at Harvard Law School. Before attending Harvard, Cody graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Tulsa. He also attained a Certificate in International Studies, and Minors in Political Science, Economics, and Spanish. Additionally, Cody studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, focusing on international legal perspectives.
